Treasurer’s report:  There was no treasurer’s report.

Vice President’s report (Chris Jankura):  Guilford Lacrosse donated a blanket to Coach Eagle’s gift basket.

President’s report:  Coach Eagle sent information about the lineman challenge.  It will be held on  July 18 rain or shine.  The cost is $175 for a six man team.  If the registration is submitted by mid-May, there is a $25 discount per team.   In the past, the Club has always budgeted for two squads.

Banquet - Co-Vice President Moscato provided updated information on the banquet.  She will sign a new contract with Bill Miller and the price per person may be slightly increased because the cash bar had to be eliminated.

Meet and Greet - Michele Robertino provided updated information about the Coach Eagle Meet and Greet, scheduled for Saturday, May 16, 2015.  To date, very few families have signed up on PayPal.  Treasurer Derda will give a more accurate accounting at our next meeting.  Class reps will send out emails to their respective groups.  Email notification will be sent every Monday and Friday about the event, leading up to the date.  A recommendation was made to change out the email – to tell about the option to purchase the tickets online.  The Coach Eagle Meet and Greet, will also be an opportunity to petition for volunteers  for TD Club committees.  A sign-up sheet will be available there.  Michele will provide clip boards so people can sign up.

Old Business:

Car Wash – The car wash has been scheduled for Sunday, June 7, 2015, 12 -3PM at Palumbos.    Co-Vice President Jankura will also schedule dates for August and the Fall.

Snack Stand – The high school will be providing power and water to the concession stand.  We still need a volunteer(s)  to be in charge.  This season, there will be 6 home games in an 8-week stretch.

Budget – Expenses – Reviewed – Several fundraising activities were discussed.  They will be finalized at the next meeting.

New Business:

Cheerleaders and/or Dance Team – Role with TD Club - The TD Club would like to meet with the Dance Team and Cheerleaders to discuss how we will work together.  The first step in the process is to send a letter.  Co-Vice President Jankura will use one that she has already drafted.  TD Club will also request input from the football team members.

President Six adjourned the meeting at 8:58 PM.
